Sofia’s background spans industries—driving multi-million-dollar system integrations in manufacturing and healthcare, while also designing guest experience audits, staff training, and loyalty program improvements for hotels and resorts. This unique combination allows Amadal Consulting to deliver luxury-level service with enterprise-grade precision.
